Specialties: My grandmother taught me how to cook Puerto Rican food when I wasn’t allowed to go out in one of the worst neighborhoods in the Bronx. Food became life! I now cook my grandmothers traditional Puerto Rican recipes and infuse them with new ideas and ways of doing things inspired by the urban latino communities of New York City. Its NuYo Rican Food! Established in 2018. Started from a small kitchen in Washington Heights now setting up shop in Los Angeles!
