Metztli Taqueria is an ode to the food we grew up eating in Los Angeles and to the beautiful agriculture that California provides. In Old Aztec Mythology, "Metztli" was the goddess of the farmers. Our philosophy is supporting local farmers, and using seasonal ingredients that are native to Mexico & California on a blue corn tortilla.
