Spitz founders Bryce Rademan and Robert Wicklund began laying he groundwork for their hip eatery while attending Occidental College. Spitz, the first European-style Doner Kebab restaurant in L.A., raised the bar on all upscale quick-service eateries. They were determined to insure that the food quality, ambiance and customer service would never be sacrificed. That means nearly everything, from the meals to the sauces, are made daily in-house.
